      Minimum for gains...

      B/c of cost what would minimum iu's a day be for some gains?....also,is this "hyperplasia" thing for real??....I've heard u can feel benefits from growth at .5 IU a day but that's really not for wanting any fatloss or muscle gain.....thanks

      everyone reacts different, some people are sensitive to gh and some do no respond as well. From my experience, You can do 2-3 ius minimum (depending on quality) and be good if your looking for fat loss and lean body mass increase. But, gh can take some time to start showing results. More of a marathon vs a sprint

      If your main reason for using GH is gains u would b better off with AAS, high calorie diet, & proper training.

      Gh is great for really anything but size gains...unless you’re running over 6-7iu. Fat loss, sleep improvement, healing, fatigue, skin tone...practically everything in the human body except true size and strength. Go with AAS for those. The synergistic 3: test (your base), dht compound, and a nor compound. If you can’t grow using all three together in a cycle...you’re doing something wrong or your oil is bunk.

      2-3 IU's for basic recovery, better skin, better healing and joint/tendon improvements. 3-4 IU's for very noticeable fat loss. I've been running 4 IU's for the last 6 months and no plans of stopping.
