I personally would use tb500 for the multiple issues u r dealing with pinning subQ along with the bpc157 specifically.
Also once I got into my mid 40's I had to change training styles a little.

What would work better for shoulder discomfort bpc or tb-500? Also would 10mg worth be enough to see some improvement if I dosed appropriately ?
