Daily maximum dosage of BPC-157?
Both knees, shoulders and elbows are chronically painful and inflamed from years of lifting. I started using BPC-157 into the knees at 250mcgs each knee daily. The results are remarkable! I want to use on shoulders and elbows also. That would be 1500mcgs daily. Sounds like too much. Anybody with experience using this much? I was thinking maybe to inject 3 sites one day and 3 sites the following day for 750mcgs daily. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I’ve done up to 2mg daily with no issues. There’s no clinical research on maximum doses and I doubt that you’ll have adverse effects using “too much” BPC

Is there a protocol somewhere I can look at? My left shoulder is beat up and no matter what I do it just feels awful!

Different lengths of time for different issues. Usually 4 weeks was plenty of time.

And after that it was much better and didn’t need continual treatment?
