Oh yeah and after only a couple days I definitely feel tired as shit and could easily do a day nap. The tired feels usually pass after 6 weeks and then I start feeling really good. My appetite also slightly rises in the first few days, nothing major.
      But if you start with 2 iu, then every few days bump up an iu until you’ve gradually come to 4-5 over like a 10 day period, then you’ll probably not experience the sides as much.
      i never had an issue with feeling tiered, however i hear is common, but I don't eat a lot and do not bulk, I keep calories down to stay in my fighting weight division and fast a lot, and TBH I have more energy, as long as I don't eat large meals. i just snack a lot

      correct me if I am wrong community but Jins are Chinese and can be faked easier (anything can be faked of course) so buyer beware...however I hear they are some of the best Chinese out there;

      Phara grade are made by the European Pharmaceuticals like Pfizer and Lilly etc
      Nice! Yeah, as I understand it Jintropin is made by a Chinese pharma, which when it's legit I think is high quality (I'll have blood tests in a couple weeks which will tell us either way I guess ha). And yeah, I'm not expecting any body changes/improvements for some time (hoping 6 months maybe?). Sounds like the temporary side effects seem to set in pretty quickly after you start taking it (as long as it's quality and if you go higher dose pretty quick) so that's all I was getting at.

      Thanks for the feedback!

      I saw an expert (pro body-build and expert on HGH) talk about this and he recommended only taking 1x per day and 5 on 2 off specifically because of the blood sugar issue, I also saw another expert talk of this and suggested fasting to assist in issue pertaining to blood sugar, either opinions are not mine just saying what I heard, how ever I do subscribe to this in the absence of any other advise. again IMHO.

      you really need to keep on top of joint swelling, slow and steady is the way forward, its not a magic pill, it goes into the mix with hard work and good diet and pays dividends like that, listen to Dave Palumbo on YouTube he explains it really well
