I would not say it's a great fat burner,
but due to increased endurance you're able to push harder and makes cardio easy so in that way it def helps.

Did you notice it in your workouts only or did you notice an overall feeling of endurance. When I took it I wasn’t working out much but I have a physical job. I didn’t feel anything. It could have been a bad source because I’ve heard so many good things from other people when they took it.

I used up to 30mg a day. I think the endurance pretty much caps out after 20mg. Maybe if you weigh 250lbs+ then try 30mg otherwise 20mg should suffice.
