Sorry I misread ur post originally so 4iu's the day before and then the next day did the 10iu's and took the test. So that number is slightly skewed because u weren't back at baseline before testing. It's still a great number it's just not entirely accurate but that's really not important it still would have tested great and I'm guessing probably mid to high 20's. For a true accurate number u wanna come off everything for at least 24 hours in advance of the test to make sure u returned to ur natural baseline, and then do the test....Still a great number thoughOriginally Posted by Yellowninja

I'd say testing GH Serum with 10IU IM 3 hours before test is pretty standard. Now you can only take the results with a grain of salt and would have to study the IGF-1 levels to see if your body benefited from the elevated GH. The test subjected should have tested for a baseline IGF-1 first before doing this, but 24 hours is not enough to go back to baseline for IGF-1. It would probably be 1-2 weeks off at the miminum for it to go back to baseline.For a true accurate number u wanna come off everything for at least 24 hours in advance of the test to make sure u returned to ur natural baseline, and then do the test....Still a great number though
