start out with 1iu if it's your fist time. you might get real flush or feel nausea. it never bothered me aside from the gratuitous wood it gave me!

also, i'm fairly light complected and light hair. i been on a maitanence dose for about a year. i'm pretty dark and when my hair gets long enough to see it's now dark brown, matter of fact ALL hair got dark lol

If its good mt2 250 mcg Ed for a week or 2 will do it.

mt2 has done me wonders. i recommend to everyone for sure
Mt2 works great, just hate the part that makes my lips also turn dark
think about it in units. Each syring has 10iu, so if you put in 1 full syring of water then you have 1mg per iu. I normally put 2 in mine so it's 2 iu per mg.
