I was thinking of starting t4. Dont know if i need it though.

On t4 ( copy pasted from PSL )
So your metabolism is controlled mainly by T3 and T4. T3 is the primary hormone for speeding up thyroid activity. T4 is converted into T3 as needed for T3 production. One of the ways HGH aids in fat loss is by amping up your metabolism. It does this by increasing the conversion rate of T4 into T3 allowing more free T3 to circulate and signal your thyroid to speed up thus burning more calories. The problem is, your body only produces so much T4 naturally so eventually your T4 levels will deplete and the amazing fat loss effects of HGH will slow down considerably. Supplementing with T4 while on HGH simply provides your body plenty of precursor (T4) to synthesize all that extra T3 and keep your thyroid and metabolism running on all cylinders.
I would be low doses of 25mg-50mg pr day and dont do it for long periods of time

The discussion on taking shots before sleep - does anyone have any research on this?
I get the idea of surpressing own production... But if 2 shots is takin daily, maybe its already supressed?
And u grow when u sleep and repair u body when u sleep... If we dont think about natural production, before sleep is by far the best time

If we wouldn't base ourselves on "bro-science" but on some based scientific literature GH dosage should be divided to b-daily dosages, I would stretch it 8-12 hours between injections.
You should care much on natural GH secretion while on GH as the exogenous GH will just suppress it, hence the notion of avoiding injecting before bad to enable natural GH secretion is not quite reasonable.
I would (personally) indeed consider injecting on fasting state for fat loss - GH directly triggers both fatty acids and glucose release to the circulation (it's a stress hormone so like any stress hormone this is a direct metabolic effect), so this practice will potentiate fat loss (on fed state insulin will abolish some of this GH's effect).
GH indeed speeds the metabolism also through higher conversion of T4->T3 how ever the notion of supplementing with exogenous T4 is unnecessary not to say dangerous to some degree., and the thyroid glands will just secrete its regular T4 volume, however more of it will be converted to T3 so the metabolism will speed up. This idea was introduced to the public by William Lewlyn and is simply invalid, exogenous T4 will simply suppress TSH section and harm the thyroid functioning, and the thyroid doesn't need an exogenous support of T4, it'll handle the extra T3 for your benefit in 95% of the cases. In severe cases the thyroid gland may be interfered in its function, so only in case that this phenomena is tested by a doctor an exogenous supply of T4 is necessary, but this is usually not the case with a healthy individual

HGH by itself is best taken 30 minutes before bed IMHO, but when mk-677 is taken as well it's best to run the mk before bed and then split your hgh shots during the day. The best results I have seen was from 25mgs mk before bed and a 5iu shot around noon and then another 5iu pre workout.

Thanks for all the info guys. It seems there is alot of different opinions so I'm just going to play around with it for awhile and see what works best for me
Going to start at 2iu in the morning and 2 iu 10-12 hours later. I'll try this for awhile the switch it up a little eventually I'll find my sweet spot

I was doing a split does of 2IU's right ant wake up an 2IU's before bed. Wouldn't sleep because of my fucking hands and wrist lmao so now I do all 4IU's when I wake up. Now the worst sides are during the day when I'm already awake.
If you ain't getting laid, quit lifting mother-fucker

When taking GH, has anyone experienced lowered insulin levels, leading to high glucose readings and/or lowered heart rates. If so, what did you do to correct this. Thanks Fixit
