I know if your goal is primarily to loose fat it's best to take in the morning. I've been taking 3iu in the morning and I want to increase my Dosage to 4iu but I want to split it up into 2 doses of 2iu daily 1 in the morning for fat loss
But when should I take the other 2iu? Pre workout, post workout or before bed.
I usually workout from 4-6pm and go to bed around 930-10 and wake up at 4am
