HGH : High AST 91/UL and ALT 69/UL
This happened while on 2iu generic for the last three months of use. Can this happen? Why? What to do?
Getting ultrasound next week.
Eating aprox. 30 eggs a week for breakfast. Could this be? Cholesterol is perfect.
Any help appreciated.

Have you checked you fasting glucose? GH can cause hyperglycemia. I'm going thru the same type of thing myself. Check glucose for a few weeks both on and off gh.
Also if you drink alcohol at all, stop and go back to the above and test.

I check my fasting glucose 3 times a week. Average is 87. A1c was 5.9 also using Metformin.
I don't use alcohol.

My enzyme levels generally run in the 70-80 range due heredity conditions. Your enzymes levels slightly elevated amd I wouldnt be overly concerned. Even if you took an otc pain meds or drank alcohol prior to your blood work it can throw your enzymes out of wack. Now with that being said do as your dr has ask you to do. Is this the first time they have been elevated ? What gear are you running ? Are you on orals? These could factor as well.

I wouldn't think eggs would raise your liver enzymes , eggs would nore likely raise your cholesterol..

It’s your diet, highly processed foods and fatty foods best up the liver.
Have you been taking any redcon supps? There could have been SuperDrol in your bcaas lol
In all seriousness stop taking your natural supplements as well you really don’t know what’s in them as well

Diet is clean. I eat fresh or frozen. I do take a lot of natural supplements. Going to cut back... My estrodial was 81,not sure if this would mean anything?

I probably wouldn't worry about it. Tylenol can cause this as will many other things.
Short explanation could be because gh increases free fatty acids in the body. This may appear to be liver damage and will also cause insulin resistance. If your fasting glucose is OK then there is no issue. If glucose goes up all things combined will also cause some kidney damage.
