HGH and Keto
So I have been taking qtropin for three weeks and have subtly noticed changes.
My question is about hgh and keto it feels like it almost works too good.
I fasted 24 hours to get into Ketosis and had very mild ketone levels after one day, however the second day I woke up and the ketone strip was very dark purple.
I know there is not an advantage to having ketone levels that high but having done keto several times before are my levels this out of wack due to the hgh?
I bought some glucose testing strips to keep an eye I heard you can go hypo on hgh due to decreased insulin sensitivity.
How often do I use the strips? I don’t have any symptoms of going hypo. I’m hoping someone on the forum can shed some light with keto and hgh as I’ve scoured the internet and haven’t had much luck with my this.

I've done KETO a few times with taking nothing. I also have fasted and not ate and pissed Prince Purple Rain on the strip. It happens when fasting or not eating. Sometimes its also a sign of dehydration I've heard.

I do keto and hrt
I technically do targeted keto where I recarb once or twice a week post workout. But keep my gh awaynfrom these meals unless there is slin involved and that is a whole other topic.
Works great for me and one less stress not worrying about my glucose lvls while on gh

Right now is the first time of keto and HGH. Every other time I've done keto it was only keto and nothing else. Not eating for 1-3 days on keto really accelerates the ketosis. I have fasted for 71hrs before.

The urine strips do not measure ketone blood saturation, just the opposite actually. They measure excess ketones that your body is dispelling. It is a good sign you are in ketosis but not in measuring ketone levels.

How long have you been doing keto and hrt for and what kind of results do you get?
I won’t mess with slin.
I usually do IF either 20-4 protocol sometimes 18-6 or OMAD and it definitely helps lose weight quick.
I fasted four days once and my breath had so much acetone I couldn’t get rid of it also it made my gums very weak.
