      HGH pinning schedule

      I'm currently doing some research on how to use GH and i've seen ED, EOD and even M/W/F protocol.

      Anyone here have experience or knowledge about different protocol like these, mostly EOD and M/W/F?

      Dosage, duration, side, result, dieting/bulking, etc?



      It would be use with MK677 at the same time between 15-25mg days

      Ive been a fan of dr tony huge and coach trevor for awhile now they are fucking ripped and work with elite BBers. They say eod pinning is a waste of time and gh should be pinned 5-6x a day to be the most effective. I am no expert and i personally pin gh pre and post workout. But this is what the experts are saying, im just repeating the info. You can find several youtube videos of them discussing it.

      7 on 7 off. This is essentially equal to an EOD protocol, but includes a well rounded down time that EOD does not offer.


      Mix up your dosages.
      An example:
      1st day: 2IU & 1IU (3IU total)
      2nd day: 4IU, 2IU & 1IU (6IU total)
      3rd day: 3IU (3IU total)
      4th day: 4IU, 2IU & 1IU (7IU total)
      5th day: 2IU & 2IU (4IU total)
      6th day: 3IU, 3IU & 1IU (7IU total)
      7th day: 4IU. (4IU total)
      Next week OFF.


      Again, this is an example only! Depending on desired results, i.e. mass or LM gain, the above should be altered. More mass = larger doses. LM = smaller doses.

      5 days on, 2 days off. If your a beginner start with 2iu for your first kit. Your next kit go 3iu, and the next 4iu. I really dont see a point going past 4-6iu. This is something you dont see the effects for a long time, so try to stay on atleast 6 months

      Here are my observations, bro:

      1. Mk 677 makes me have crazy cravings. U should be aware if u ain't bulking.
      2. Side effects from HGH are best avoided by pinning more times pr day ( in my experience )
      3. It ain't documented, that your own production shut down like testostoron. If u worry about this, safe some MK to after your GH use.
      4. I would be doing 6/1 or 5/2 for economic reasons only.

      The multiple pins per day is the ultimate goal for the big boys who routinely do amounts most guys can't touch, and the theory behind it is to keep getting that GH pulse throughout ur day thus creating the right environment for maximum growth. Having said that if ur only going to be doing 3 or 4iu's or less per day then you could split it up into 2 injections however you see fit. For example like first thing in the am when you wake and then post workout, or even first thing in the morning then after dinner but at least 4 hours before bed so that u can take advantage of ur natural GH pulse that occurs while u sleep. You also said ur adding in MK-677 which will give u another pulse, and many users of MK say the worst side effect of MK is the lethargy they feel, and the bloating that some guys get when they first start taking it. This is something you're going to have to play by ear and try to manage the best u can. It will subside after a couple of weeks but in the beginning u might find yourself extremely tired throughout the day. That's why some feel it's best to take it later on after dinner. If that's ur plan then get your GH injections done am/afternoon then MK after dinner which will lead u to bed where u should get another natural pulse at night. Once again it will come down to what seems to be working best for you and how you're responding to both compounds. Good luck bro

      No disrespect to youBrother. But those guys are a bunch of YouTube sensations Now I am not saying g they are not knowledgeable with what they say, I just think a lot of what they say dosnt pertains to the average Joe BB who want to train and look good. I remember watching a video where they were I. Columbia and brought a bunch of gh oens. They were gonna inject 15 ius a day for I forgot how long.. things like this are not feasible. I have been on gh for 6 months and I was pinning only before bed 4-6 ius I was also using it up to 10ius a day. Pre workout and before bed. I just recently opened my last of 2 kits and I am trying to make it last a little longer so I am now running it at 3 ius two days on one day off before bed. And I am still getting all the benefits. Basically the thing is get it I. You whenever you can. Unless you have the job to dose gh every 3 hrs then pick a good schedule and go with it. Money also plays a big role. If I decide to buy another 10 kits I will go back to pre workout and bed 3ius each time. P. S if I take it when I wake up I get so tiered I can’t even keep my eyes open at work.

      Huge and trevor are most definatly knowledgeble, they work with elite ifbb pros and have made a living off AAS coaching, not sure how being a youtube sensation negates that?

      However i do agree getting it in is the most important thing as long as not taken within several hours of carb consumption without slin. I do see the advantages of 5x.or more injects a day, but i do not do it personally because it is not feasable with my schedule and I am not a BodyBuilder persay.

      5 on 2 off is OK but honestly ED is the best option. Any more time off is wasting gh. I pin 2.5 ius every morning. I was taking weekends off but to me, it slowed down the fat burning.
