Fast Carbs , Slow Carbs , Slin and Timing?..

Slin 1st timer here , still learning, I've been following the standard recommend slin protocol post workout 5x / wk of 1iu slin per 10gms carbs which equals 5iu's for me post workout with my 50gm carb / protein shake. Pin slin and chug shake immediately. Boom. Works Great.
I follow this same protocol on my "carbo load day" once every 4 days as well. Usually about 3.5 - 5hrs after my 5iu post workout slin shot, I'll pin 15iu's in the late afternoon right before a bowl of rice and 2 sushi rolls (none of that mega sodium soy sauce , I use coconut aminos.) Boom. Works Great. But this past carbo load day fell on one of my off days from the gym so , I pinned 15iu's slin then ate a 150gm carb breakfast of this Muesli Cereal , dry , not cooked in unsweetened almond coconut milk and 4 pieces Dave's Killer Bread toast with blueberries and strawberries. Didn't work out too well. Got the cold sweats and rapid heart beat about 1hr later, chugged a bunch of honey then things smoothed out. Did the release of my Humalog slin get ahead of the release of my carbs and throw me into mild insulin shock? Thinking the dry, not cooked, muesli cereal's carbs and toast's carbs take a much longer time to release than , say , rice.?.. Does fast acting slin like my Humalog (10 minutes to start working , 1.5hr half life , 3hrs out of your system.) have to be administered with fast acting carbs? Thank you.
      Respectfully,
      Bomber72

Brother please be careful with Slin it can kill you with that said others will chime in that have more knowledge than I have you a right you didn't have enough fast acting carbs to cover the fast acting slin. You pinned 15 ius of Slin you needed 150 grams of fast acting carbs. Always have fast acting carbs on hand pinapple juice, dextrose, ect ... Just be careful that Slin is nothing to fuck around with brother.

Yeah. I know bro. I f'd up. It was kinda scary. It won't happen again , that's for sure...so I'm guessing we can conclude that cooked white rice is indeed a fast carb based on my 15iu's before 150gm carb bowl rice and 2 sushi rolls regimen which has been successful, yes?..Thanks for your concern and your thoughtfulness.
