So I've been taking BPC-157 subcutaneously for an injury in my hand. After reading this https://www.physiology.org/doi/full/...iol.00945.2010 though I really doubt it's doing anything at all. The tendons in the study showed significantly faster healing when exposed to BPC-157 at a concentration of 2ug/ml, and almost no effect at 0.5ug/ml. The typical person has about 5L of blood, so if I injected 200ug of BPC-157 then the highest possible concentration the tendon in my hand would be exposed to would be 80ng/ml, which is about twelve times less than the 0.5ug/ml test that did almost nothing. Then again maybe a month or two of that might add up. That being said, I just injected into the middle of my palm, not very fun.
