      What’s the leanest you’ve gotten on hgh or peptides?

      I am asking basically as I am currently almost 3 months into a 10 month cycle and want to know what’s the leanest possible?

      I know this is mostly contingent on diet and training however assuming everything is on point, would you get to sub 7% bf if you were to take hgh for long enough? Currently on a lean bulk and still look lean with steady weight gain.

      3 months isnt long enough to see all the benefits from hgh but you should be noticing something as long as diet is good. Hgh isnt going to make you gain weight and give you a massive look. That's not its purpose. If your looking for just fat burning I would get some frag 176-191 which is the ultimate fat burner. Its named frag cause it's a fragment of the hgh hormone minus the sugar in your blood, building muscle, recovery, great sense of well being, Strengthening your bones. Frag is strictly for fat burning and thats it. Me personally I run hgh cause I like all the benifets but if I wanted to just burn fat then ya I would add frag. All depends what your goals are. I could of went in depth in detail with the frag but it's better that you go and do research so you get a better understanding what excatly it is and how it works.

      The thing with this is how are you using the GH I found that if I am taking it in the am I have been getting leaner.. but due to the lethargy. So I use it pre workout.. that being said it will lean you out regardless of the time of day I believe. But it’s not a miracle. Theirnis a lot of benefits to it but it’s all about your diet. I have been on it for almost 8 months and it is shining.. I did go from a really high dose down to 2iu a day just because of finances and my training right now. But never the less I am still seeing great results..

      Currently am running test, primo, and hgh as I started aas 6 weeks after starting hgh.

      I like running hgh for all the added benefits such as the igf1 being on a bulk it’s very helpful plus I have some injuries that just never fully healed I’m hoping the growth helps in that area.

      I dosed 4iu a day for first 6 weeks then switched to 8iu EOD this is to help with gh recovery once my cycle is over.

      I can handle the minor sides like numb hands and lethargy and I’ve gone from 175 5 weeks ago since starting aas up to 205. A lot of that is water but I don’t look fat Just fuller so that’s ok.

      Being that you said you’ve been on it 8 months what kind of results have you seen in terms of body fat? What % did you start at and where are you at today? I’m fighting some joint pain that is preventing me from going too heavy on lifts and I’m hoping that subsides soon.

      I’m going to bump this as I’m very interested to know what body fat percentage people generally started at before gh and what they ended up at. Doesn’t matter if it was a cut or a bulk, I’m currently bulking at 3500 calories and managing to stay lean.
