It's probably a good idea brother. Dave Palumbo is a big advocate for taking 2 days off a week. According to him, it gives your pancreas a break and allows blood sugar levels to come down without using insulin.

May be I should try taking off couple days a week. I use 7 days week and don't plan on stopping except for those couple days a week Maybe.
My blood sugar is good according to labs and blood sugar at home pin prick test.. and a1c all good!!!
Important thing I observed is when doing labs fasted for blood sugar and lipids to not pin hgh during that fasted blood draw. I wait and pin it after draw. In past on labs it's made my sugar high a tad and affected my lipids fasted if i pinned that morning while fasted before blood draw. But not if I wait and draw then pin hgh after draw

Gymrattt1 is also a big advocate for this as well. He posted about it in that T4 thread that we both followed in the ug. He talks about how it can affect your beta cells and lead to diabetes as well as heart enlargement.

      What about Rich Piana?
      Apparently
An autopsy revealed "significant heart disease" and that his heart and liver weighed over twice the average amount of a male.
He also was accused of snorting preworkout

I do not recall liver weight but Dallas Mccarver had an enlarged heart as well. I think his "death cycle" as one forum put it included like 28 ius of GH a day.

I do 5 on 2 off for that same dosage you are, I think if you wanted to run 7 days a week that’s ok for a little while , but I agree with palumbo

      I’m usually five-on and two-off.
But only because it saves me a little money.
