ive been taking 4iu a day which I’ve been drawing up to 40 on the insulin syringe, Hope I haven been overdosing on that stuff

If in have 10 iu vials of HGH and do like you said and mix 1/1 ratio then your good.
The 10 mark on the insulin pin is 1 iu, 20 mark is 2 iu, and so on.
Like the guys said before, make sure you do in fact have 10 iu vials of HGH. We use a source that has 14 iu vials so I mix 1.4 ml BW to get my 1.1 ratio.
