GH, IGF1 and should I combine them ?
interesting info also. I know HGH converts to IGF1. So, are you recommending lowering the HGH dose(to stay away from insulin sensitivity) and adding in igf1 to make up for the less GH I’ll be pinning?

Yes when combining GH and IGF1 you may lower the GH dosage and count on the synergistic effect between the GH and IGF1
I agree with maxmuscle1 and the preferred protocol with GH is dividing the GH to 2 daily dosages, and if possible use IM injection

So maybe I’ll start with 6iu HGH 2x a day and add in IGF1 injections, pre workout?
3iu HGH in AM
3iu HGH pre/ (whatever dose IGF1 you may recommend)
just to be clear, IGF-LR3 is the actual name of the product that is like injecting straight IGF1, right?
