Hello guys,
to hide my Hgh i use the fridge at my work in a stash can. My work is 20 minutes from my home.
I want to build mass, so i will run to 10ui's /day. (riptropin)

I dont know how to build my 6 month-1year cycle. (I prepare a contest)
I left the bed at 8:30am the morning to be to my work at 9:15am.

I left the work at 6:00 pm and train at 6:30, 6:45 pm.

How to place my injection and protein/carb shake ? (breackfast and Pre Workout meal)
that's my day :
8:30 am : wake up
8:50am : meal 1
11:00 am : meal 2
13:00 pm : meal 3
16:00 : meal 4 (pre workout)
18:00 meal 5 (bcaa, banana) and left my work
18:30 : workout
9:00 pm : meal 6
12pm Meal 7 : pre-bed : casein with high calorie shake (carb, peanut butter etc)
