for fatloss best is small dosage spread throughout the day. if not possible then before food am take your hgh and do some cardio, best time for fatburning action.
dont take hgh with your meals, insulin is antagonistic and it will blunt hgh action

I’m 37 years old I have been on gh for two straight years taking it daily at 2ius per day .
I mostly take it for the anti aging side of things and it has helped with fat loss a touch as well.
Sometimes my diet is t perfect when things like hunting season and snowmobile season come into play and I can’t train and diet as much.
I was wondering if I did bump it to 4ius now for alittle while with my consistent training if it would change my body’s set point for when I go back to 2 ius ? Will it not be as effective I know that statement is somewhat bro science .
My yearly protocol has been
Test 200 year round then I add deca or npp for 2.5 months at 200 a week .
With 2 ius of gh every day and some months after a rest I will run dbol in my yearly protocal for 6 week 2 twice a year .
