I remember reading taking hgh before bed was bad because it could mess with your natural hgh production at night. Is this true?

I recommend using hGH intramuscularly (IM) instead of subcutaneously (Sub-Q) for all injections for faster uptake of the product, especially when using it post workout. Most manufacturers now include product inserts with the same recommendations.
I thought sub-q was the best way?

Nah. Im or subq is fine. There are reasons for and against both ways of pining.
It depends on u really.
I dont really have the time to give an insanely long explanation about everything regarding both but jusf know that either way is perfectly fine.
Ive been pinning subq for years.
When i get down to a much leaner bf% and/or i decide to start pining gear daily with slin syringes i might change to IM injections.
If you look at all the research out there. Ull be able to figure out what's best for u.
But in the mean time, pining subq is perfectly fine and doesn't negatively affect overall long term effects.
