TB -- 2 mg 2x a week(mon and thurs - i shoot it right into my delt)
bpc -250mcg 2x a a day (again i shoot this right into my left delt)

Have a rotator cuff injury
this combo has changed me whole way of lifting - i no longer have to train around the injury - i can just train normally (i still take it a little easy on the left shoulder tho)

I know this is from last summer(2019) but since there is so much disinfo and conflicting information about BPC 157 / TB 500 that I figured I'd just ask outright, did you "spot shoot" them or can it be taken like HGH instead of the area you are trying to heal? Also how long did you run the TB500 and BPC 157? I know they say to do 2-2.5mg twice a week for the TB500 and anywhere in between 1-10mcg per kilogram of body weight for the BPC so Ill start with the 250mcg twice a day.I only got one 5mg bottle from a sponsor here but Im pretty sure I need to grab another 2 or 3 at minimum along with another couple of the BPC. Ive been researching and trying to read up on this stuff all weekend long and it's amazing how little verified information there is out there as far as protocols/suggested dosage.

i been reading on this too. but its been conflicting info as to which way to use it...spot injections or just in the belly
