HGH can definitely make you lethargic. That was the reason I had to change injection from morning to before bed.

I have experienced gyno symptoms while taking HGH on cycle. They were Jins and i tested them with a pregnancy test just to make sure there wasn't HCG in them. It only happens to me when i take HGH while on cycle though. Everyone is different brother, I know most people don't experience this side effect but i do. Also i am very gyno prone to begin with and need to take quite a bit of AI with my cycles.

So NOT HCG.....confirmed by a pregnancy test.

I read where I can get a blood test.....but need to inject 10iu 3 hrs before the blood draw?!?!? 10ius?!?! I only take 4iu's a day! Can I do this with a lesser dosage or do I need to take 10ius?

Herc, I am "on cycle" now--running test at 750mg a week, which is about the most I do. What do you do while on cycle to mitigate the gyno sides from HGH?

Either stop the HGH, Do every other day HGH, or/and take Raloxifene

There are 2 blood tests on discountedlabs.com for igf.
      Igf-1 and
      IGFBP-3

Which do i need to order, and do i need to time my hgh injection in relationship to my blood draw?

body take time to balance it self, when hormone speaking, about 2 to 3 months or more. Sometimes 6 months!
Stop taking AI, takes time, but body will balance it self
May be reduces test to 200 mg/wk for 2 or 3 months (cruising)
Then increase it just a little per week, only if needed.
(Usually just above TRT levels are more than enough)

HGH treatment competes or affects Insulin secretion and insulin receptors

HGH increase body production of glucose, at the same time, reduce the conversion of glucose to adipose tissue.
That way reduce body fat and make glucose available for energy.
Carbs intake increase glucose, high glucose results in an Insulin spike.
but with HGH and IGF-1 high in the body, insulin receptors are busy. Some how that extra glucose floating around increase tryptophan production making you sleepy and lethargic.
      Been sleepy may not seen like a problem, but;
In the long run, eating trash food may cause an Insulin Sensitivity or Insulin Resistance problem.

      Solution:

reduce HGH dose to 1 IU for the next month ( 30 days)

use HGH fasting, first thing in the morning.
Wait 1 hr to 1.5 hrs for breakfast.

Use a calorie app to track your food intake, My Fitness Pal is a good one.
You can set it in your computer for 3 meals and 3 snacks.
Make sure your totally daily carbs don't surpass the app recommendation.
