Starting gh
Alright so I'm gonna start my gh this weekend. Anyone got any tips for a gh newb. Starting low. Fasted in the am pre cardio is my plan. I waited for the weekend to see how i react so im not fallong asleep at work or going hypo on a ladder or something. Thanks.

Post up your planned amount per day and we can try and help you. Also the time of day you train and work.

Start at 2 iu. Pin 2-3 am up at 4, fasted cardio. Eat at 6 am. work. Then lift in the afternoon. Adjust accordingly. Probably stay at 2 iu for the first kit.

Just keep at it and if u start getting any sides u don’t like. We can see about changing times but @ 2ius, your probably gonna be okay. The first couple weeks will be very telling.

start 2IU PER day to gauge reaction
you can split it 1iu and 1iu AM and PM also if youd like to -- then adjust accordingly
i run 6iu ED all in the AM
i notice some tiredness around 3 pm but It is not terrible
i push through it easily
i sleep like a baby also come 9/10 pm im exhausted completely

I had a lot of sharp pain shooting up my arms, for a few weeks. Stick with it though, it's worth it!

Stick with a low dose for a while at least a month & ramp Very slowly. Stick with your plan 1 2iu injection am fasted precardio.
Once u ramp to 3iu I suggest splitting your dose, first am & pre workout pm.

4iu. Split evenly at 2iu twice a day. I then switched to 3.33iu once a day after 3 months and didn't notice a significant difference.
