humalog best carbs to eat
about to start 4 or 5u post wkout and then maybe up to twice a day depending how it works out.should i eat a fast carb or slow carb rite after injecting like say a fast digesting 50 g carb bagel or a carb drink or say oatmeal which would be slow digesting?also what is the best place to pin belly area like hgh or intramuscular?

Pin sub q like hgh. I eat a fast carb. Usually rice, cream of rice, rice Chex etc.
tried potato’s once and went hypo lol. Too slow.

I have bought dextrose powder. Make 100gram carb shake it’s fast acting.

Dextrose, rice cakes, Gatorade, some complex as well. All that is sufficient.

I've always pinned insulin immediately after my workout.
Insulin is the carrier for things that you want to to get into the muscle cells. ISO whey protein, L-glutamin, creatine, etc..
Here's the formula I've used...
50-60g karbolyn
10g L-glutamin
10g creatine
Amino acid powder
Think of insulin as a pickup truck, and the supplements are loaded up in the bed of the truck which drives supplies into the muscle cells.

HGH/INSULIN PROTOCOL:
6ius of gh - 3iu post workout, then 8-10 units quick acting(humalog)insulin, then post workout Shake. 3iu gh at bedtime.
For every 10kg/22lbs of body weight,1 iu of insulin shall be used.That practicaly means that this person has to use 10iu of insulin during the day.This can happen either in two equal divided doses (breakfast & after training),or in one (post work out preferably).For every 1 iu of insulin,10gr of carbohydrates are required for safe use.This equals with 100gr of carbs for the daily 10iu of insulin use.Those 100gr should be 50% from polysacharides (maltodextrin) and 50% from starchy sources of complex carbs (potato,rice,pasta).
Mind that the fast acting insulin is way more safe,since it acts in a few minutes,so the user can be ready and well prepared in case of any hypoglycemic effect. On the contrary, the long acting insulin could be tricky, in case hypoglycemia occurs durng driving a vehicle, or even during sleep, that could be lethal.
A post workout shake should consist of the folloing ingredients: 50gr maltodextrin with 50gr whey isolate-hydrolysate protein and 10gr glutamine,10gr Bcaa's,5gr HMB,1gr CLA.1gr,omegas369,5gr creatine monohydrate,1gr vitamin C and electrolytes.One medium banana will provide another 20gr of fructose, or an energy gel as an alternative choice.

Would using 6iu once per day on training days immediately after training be very beneficial?
Most protocols I see r several times per day.
It seems very confusing to do on your own without some1 that is experienced to talk to or actually with u to keep u from Fucking Up!

If u were doing it that way, I’d say, just take 3iu per day and you would be able to use for a lot longer period of time. Beneficial monetarily and physically. IMO
