Yes I use 20mg daily. It’s helps cholesterol (from anecdotal evidence as well as research I have read). The extra cardio boost and fat loss is a bonus!

I have used it up to 20mg a day, burn more calories for the same amount of activity compared to normal, cardio improvement as little as same day, works very well at lowering blood glucose, and more energy throughout the day.
