      HCG legal or illegal?

I have had past issues with customs on overseas orders in the past and am super paranoid about placing any orders from any overseas sponsors, but i am in need of some HCG and none of our domestic guys have any. my question is:
Is HCG illegal like AAS are or can i just order some and not worry about getting locked up.....

It's not scheduled the way AAS are, but it's still a prescription drug, so it is technically illegal to order without a scrip. However, it''s not going to get you any sort of jail time, most likely if caught it would just be confiscated, or at worst a citation issued.

Unfortunately the only kind of HCG that is legal to purchase without a prescription is the homeopathic version. ( like you see for the HCG diet)
to the best of my knowledge it is legal to import from other countries provided the prescription is current.

This laws naturally vary state to state as well regarding penalties for possession.

I agree with your advice.......some states do and some don't have laws against the illegal possession and/or distribution of non-scheduled prescription drugs. So, although it is unlikely that you could be arrested for hcg, it is possible.....depends on the state law. And as far as jail time.....jail time or no jail time, no one wants an arrest record.

Federally speaking, it is also illegal to possess and/or distribute non-scheduled prescription drugs. However, I would imagine that these cases are rare unless you're dealing in large quantities or you're a famous athlete.

Here is an example of a federal arrest for hcg:

      Conseco Guilty/Sentenced in HCG arrest

      November 5, 2008

FEDERAL COURT: Former major league baseball star Jose Canseco pleaded guilty Tuesday to a federal misdemeanor charge of illegally bringing in a fertility drug from Mexico.

Canseco was placed on one year of unsupervised probation by U.S. Magistrate Judge Ruben Brooks. He could have faced a maximum sentence of one year in prison.
The former slugger, who wrote a 2005 book on his own steroid use and alleged use by other ballplayers, was detained Oct. 9 by federal officers at the San Ysidro border crossing.

They searched his car and found human chorionic gonadotropin, which helps restore production of testosterone lost by steroid users. A week later he was charged with the federal crime of introducing a misbranded drug into interstate commerce.

An affidavit outlining the details of the arrest and filed in court said Canseco was a passenger in a black BMW driven by a woman.

Customs and Border Protection officers found a box with six vials of the drug and 10 syringes in the rear center arm rest compartment. The vials were labeled in Spanish, without an English translation, and without a prescription.

Canseco, according to the affidavit, told federal agents that he had gone to Mexico to shop and look for expensive dental implant work. He said he purchased the drugs at a pharmacy and did not have a prescription.

He also told the agents he is currently on a “hormone therapy plan because his testosterone levels are extremely low due to his past steroid use.”

Correct bro......it is a non-scheduled prescription drug.......meaning it illegal to possess without a doctor's prescription, but it is not considered to be a controlled substance like Oxycontin, cocaine, etc.
