Missed hgh doses?
6’205lb 9% 41yrs I’m am using hgh for the first time. I began running 3.33 iu ever day once a day a month ago during a cruise. I am begging my blast and would like to continue hgh all the way through and into my next cruise. My question is when I miss a dose I’ve been taking a 5 iu For the next two doses. Is that a good idea or should I take 3iu the next day? Also I’ve been pinning the gh m-f. Is that the current thinking? Should I up it to Ed for the blast? Or ed for blast and cruise? Thanks brothers.

5 days on 2off. Dont worry about missed doses. Dont try to make them up by taking more the next day. You want consistency.

Missed doses happen try not to make them a habit it’s all about consistency but try to make up for it with a couple larger doses is just asking for possible side effects
