Don’t overthink it.
1. Commit to 6 + months
2. Start at 2-3iu to adjust tolerance and go up slowly.
3. Morning works the best for me - and others. I’ve tried different timing protocols, AM always worked best. Stick with one, try it a while then adjust or don’t.
4. Sub q is fine 31g 5/16 all day
5. You can add slin - need to be experienced though.
6. Keep it simple and get after it.
