      HGH/Slin Protocol

      Happy memorial day everyone. I have been running gear for over 4 years and made the decision to run HGH. Just recently got some black tops but i wanted to run it with slin. I want to hear your advice for someone who has never ran hgh and slin and to see what would be a good beginners protocol with great results. BTW i just started running 300 test cyp with 600deca, thought i would just include that also. Thanks !


      Edit- i have 7 kits on hand and was looking to run 5 iu a day minimum.

      Edit- i have 7 kits on hand and was looking to run 5 iu a day minimum.
      At 5 units a day, you may be best suited to split your dose, AM and per workout if you lift at night. When I started using slin, I started like this, with novolin R:
      Post workout: start here. Start low. Use 2 units of slin a few minutes prior to your post workout carb meal. Check your sugar 1 hour 15 minutes after meal. Do this for a couple days. Increase to 4 units. Repeat. You should get to a point, for me it’s 10 units, where your clearing the carbs from that meal (BG is 85 ish).
      Then If you want you can add slin around different meals. If your looking for a longer acting slin protocol I’m out. Maybe prime will chime in for that.

      Best of luck man, I'm about to play around with a little bit of humolog pre workout with a shake consisting of carbs and EAAs. Would be interesting to hear from people on here with experience and serious amounts of muscle.

      Honestly from my experience, slin isn’t that scary. I mean, obviously it goes without saying that yes, it can be deadly if taken incorrectly. Let me just get that out of the way lol. But realistically you can feel the hypo effects setting in way before you’re in some deadly range. Most stores have glucose tabs for cheap so keep those in the gym bag if you want. I used humalog preworkout and sipped on a shake of a simple dextrose powder and eaa’s (I would add protein as well personally). I’d finish that usually midway through the workout. I experimented with adding a shot of GH post workout. Idk if of made a difference, but I’d read that on forums so I figured I’d see for myself. But like Drillit said, you start low and try to get the most out of that. I had a buddy using well over 10units of slin and he never looked good, he was just trying to find a shortcut and was a bit reckless lol

      biggest mistake people make with slin is to use it too long, all hours of the day and take too many carbs. calories always matter and if your carbs alllotment is 200 but u take 300 or 400 then yes you will get fat. calories always matter

      slin is best used pre and post workout, quick in and out, shitton of carbs and goodies and other 16hrs of the day pure proteins and some healthy fats. this is if u want to grow lean. just growing then have insulin be high all day BUT risk is there for other medical issues. i prefer humalog in and out, works very well
