Im only a few weeks into hgh and take 4iu before bed.
But my friend told me he has better result with 8 or 10 iu eod
What do you guys like the most?, everyday short or less shots but more iu

The more you use, the more you risk getting diabetes down the road. Chronically high blood sugar levels go hand in hand with high GH use. The dirty little secret nobody wants to talk about
