When I was kicking up dumbbells for shoulder presses, I went too heavy, and couldn’t quite get the dumbbell up. I could tell right after I did something wrong. Any press movements from then on caused me pain. Just in my right shoulder.
For last 3 weeks been using BPC-157 + TB-500 from Genoscience (Supertropin).
BPC-157 - 500mcg x 2/day
TB-500 - 2mg x 2/week
I’m also running 5iu of HGH. Notice it’s doing better. Felt as though injecting it subQ into the shoulder at the joint, was irritating it. So the last 2 days been doing subQ in my stomach, since it does act systematically. Also I’m bumping up the BPC-157 to 750iu twice/day for a week. Then will bump it up to 1mg x 2/day till I run out.
I’m hopeful it will work.
