BPC-157 and TB-500??
Does anyone have any experience with BPC 157 and TB 500? I’m looking into it for nagging forearm pain that I’ve had off and on for the last 3 years. More on these days. Can’t seem to escape it. Possibly for lower back pain also if it works for that. Looking for firsthand experience and suggestions about these peptides. Also my wife has irritable bowel and arthritis I’ve been reading some articles about BPC for both of those. Thanks in advance to anyone with knowledge of these.

I’ve used both simultaneously. I actually did this into a similar area. Top of my forearm near to the elbow.
My doses were 250mcg of BPC intramuscular every single day rotating around the area.
And 2.5mg of a 5mg vial TB500 twice a week SubQ (Although you can dose both IM in same shot). That’s just how I did it.
I believe a ran this a little over a month and a half. Honestly it worked but I would recommend that after you feel it being “gone” is to keep rollin about another week or 2 for good measure.
It hasn’t flared up since and this was roughly 7 months ago

Correction. Month and a half.

I’ve ran it a few times for a chest injury as well as some tendinitis in my elbows.
I do about 200mcg daily as close to the injured area as possible. Should only have to run for a month or so before it’s gone. But like said about take it until the issue is gone.
As far as for your wife’s irritable bowel syndrome from what I’ve been told you just squirt into your mouth and hold under your tongue for a few seconds.

That’s awesome. I didn’t even think about taking the liquid sublingually. Perfect. She doesn’t want to be pinned. I heard the best way for BPC to treat GI issues is through the stomach. Makes sense.

Yeh man it’s the easiest way to take it and it’s been shown to do really good this way on studies for stomach issues. I have ulcer issues and was thinking of doing the same

Correct. It works fairly fast. You won’t notice much the first week or so but after that it’s like brand new. But keep taking it a little after you “feel” it getting better.

I'm currently using BPC-157 from *******I think it might be bunk. 250 mcg ED sub q into my elbow. As soon as I started the protocol I've had more pain in my elbow, not less. I'm hoping it's just healing.
please refer to COC rule 5. Thank you.

I've used BP 157 alone for years. Always injected into the area. Saved me from 2 surgeries. Knee and shoulders.
