GH pin schedule
I know it varies and thoughts vary so let me ask...
Years ago I started to pin gh eod. More so it would last longer. Did more research over years and found some guys actually do that and levels stay stable. Then recently stumbled upon Dorian video of him pinning every MWF.
Anyone add to this? Is every other day ok? It works for me and has. When do you pin each week: every day, every other day or....?

Everyday for me. I prefer evening if I知 cruising and after workout if I知 blasting. I have seen people doing the M/W/F but blasting big. Like 10iu each time.

I have always done am fasted and post workout. Never done at night. Not sure why.

I thought insulin spike caused by post workout carb intake decreases the IGF-1's effect?
