Yes, exactly. It isn't actually as cut and dry as twice daily.

Morning fasted with no food from r at least 2 hours with some form of thermogenesis inducing supplement. (coffee, caffeine so on)

Second dose should be evening night again at least 2 hours post meal, and no food for at least 2 hours after.

Usually pre bed is best way to do this. Your body will burn fats while you sleep.
