When to check glucose level after hgh?
Ok I want to know how much hgh raises my glucose level so I got a meter today, but not sure how long to wait post hgh injection? I want to check my morning 12 hour fasted level as baseline then take hgh and stay fasted then test again. Once I know that number I'll test my morning fasted with hgh AND berberine to see how much the berberine lowers glucose when on hgh. Hope this makes sense

Taking it multiple times per day{different foods, amounts) 20min could be good. It can be quite confusing but; more tests, more info. Just for information only. Slin and supps affect differently. 35min for berberine to kick in orally . Some

Morning reading after 8 hours fasted was 5.8 I woke up a few times before I actually got UP so pretty sure my liver had already dumped a bunch of glucose into my bloodstream before I took my reading.

Just keep up with checking bs and you will get some good info after a few weeks. Taking blood sugar is the best way to chart things.

I check mine frequently as diabetes runs in the family treasure box.
Fasted blood glucose for me is around 70-80 in the morning. It will jump up to 95-110 after an hour after a meal depending on how many carbs I eat. The bigger the meal before I go to sleep the better my AM fasted blood glucose numbers are 99% of the time. MK677 will fuck my numbers up though.
