Yes sir. And home made with whole food. For example I'd blend Oats, original Fiber One cereal and Cream of Rice down to a fine powder, I'd do those, with egg whites, cottage cheese, pineapple, honey, milk, added Amino's, with Dextrose. I'd do that pre/intra/post and get down as many bowls of kids cereal as possible post w/o. The pumps were like I've never experienced in 30yrs of training.
I shared my homemade recipe with Leo, he's on slin and gave it a go, and came back saying it was g2g. Maybe check with him to as I trust his opinion and input as well. If you read my posts above you'll see I love Humalog pens and I just found some available here on the board....this thread got me itching for it again. Hghgear-ws offers slin.

Already ordered Lantus. So how long do you run insulin? Is 8 weeks enough to see a difference? Do you stop the cycle cold or taper off?

I can only offer my experience with short acting Humalog used strictly pre/post training along with pulsing GH. I won't run slin w/out GH....period. With that protocol I've run it 2, 3 & 4 months all with great results.
However IMO the length of time on is heavily dependent on dose and if it's long or short acting which in part dictates frequency of slin peak window.
Too many guys state that the protocol I use is pointless and dosing every meal or long acting is the way to go. I am not devoted enough to my physique to do anything other than my Humalog/GH protocol with slim pre/post training. I'm not a professional athlete.
Understand. For the sake of conversation....for me the purpose in running a fast acting is so there's no guessing when the hormone is at its peak concentration. Pin Humalog, hits in 15min, peaks in 1 hour, and that's it.
We all run different things for different reasons. I lool forward to hearing how this goes for you. Should be a good run.
How many times a day you plan to pin Lantus? My friends strictly stick to one in the morning.
I pulse GH with slin. 1iu am, 2iu pwo, 1 post and 1iu pm.
My last slin run I gained 23lbs of quality weight in 10 weeks. 1st 4 weeks was more of just the wicked pumps and intense training. Last 6 weeks the gains were rapid. I woke up ED looking different for the last 6 weeks. It's quite the transformation.
