Pin it ED. Split dose 2ius am and 2ius pm. What I do and works perfectly fine for me. Anything over 5-6ius for me the CTS kills me and my hands stay numb..

go everyday for sure I would keep the winny wherever you feel comfortable but keep dose stable also why eq with prop 2 totally different esters if you want to run prop why not go with npp im not a huge fan of eq for the time and money investment stuff like npp or mast is a better option
