He conteibutes more to the community now than as a BBer imo. I listen to quite a few of his diff shows. He has great guests.
Im trying to find someone who has used pancreatin personally and ask them some questions. Its sounds very promising.

Im too young to remember him as a bodybuilder. I know what he used to look like and his past. Never even heard of it until now.

Been taking Wobezyme for years! I don’t take 10 a day but been taking it for probably 5 yrs straight. Do on notice much, not really. Well I guess I have good health, no pain, good labs etc.

46. Not so far apart but when I was 16 ('91) and watching the 90s BB scene, you were probably still a fluid. Lol!

Ok, I bought some pancreatin. I learned a few things in my research...
1. Many brands include hydrochloric acid in there applications. AVOID THEM.
You can fuck up your lining with that... bad.
2. Although they are digestive enzymes, your white bloods cells also use these enzymes to destroy invasive organisms and mutated cells.
So today is my 3rd day taking it.
Day 1 - just trying it out @ 1 pill (1500mg)
Day 2 - 1 pill
Today -2 pills
I noticed after my first dose this morning that my appetite had increased (I actually had one!) and I had a "type" of sense of well being, nothing dramatic, but detectable, that was familiar but I havent felt in idk how long. This makes sense if Ive been enzyme deficient and that deficiency is being satisfied.
Ill update periodically.
The video mentioned that a common protocol of: 10 pills per day for 14 days yeilded a spectrum of health benefits & restorative effects including a woman who completely rid herself of ovarian cysts in 3 weeks. (See video above).
