      Also don’t start so high at first. Try 1iu for 1 week then next week do 1.5iu and then next week do 2ius. Give your body time to adapt and you won’t get the bad sides. Some people are more sensitive responders to GH and others can start high while others can’t.

      Until your go above 2ius you can just do a single dose either first thing in morning or pre-workout or post-workout. Don’t get too hung up on what’s perfect because it’s still gonna work and unless you are actually competing it won’t make a big difference.

      A few things:

      1. There is a SHIT-TON of FAKE GH out there. It comes from China and much of it goes through Mexican **********. The fake gh is just a few chemicals that mimic the side effects of GH. Its basically just shit chemicals that make your hands swell up & go numb. So be careful, get a serum test before you pin the whole kit.

      2. I personally pin mine (2ius) while dinner is cooking. Its late enough that any fatigue is not an issue and the processes can happen at night like they would naturally.

      3. Slow & steady is best. Gh is a long term game.

      IMO I still have a lot to learn about GH use and how it applies to what we do. I've spent 10's of hours digging thru forums looking to further my knowledge on this topic and there's shit for info available.

      My Dad ran GH, 20/25yrs ago, when I was in my 20's...he'd go to Laredo and bring back enough for him and his friends. He later got it from a guy who had HIV & I did the same when I was 25 - 30yrs old. I've seen a few different protocols. Pin full daily dose at bedtime (recovery being the focus), full dose upon waking (priming the body for fat loss), dose upon waking & at bedtime (most common) and pulsing throughout the day (usually with slin).
      I hear ya. I just know what works for me. Taking it in am fasted makes me feel vital, min sides, fat loss, good sleep etc. As well when I come off the GH, even after 1+ yrs, I experience no sides, fatigue etc.

      If I take at night, more sides, more swelling, can’t sleep, I don’t feel as good, and coming off sucked.

      I just don’t like messing with its biggest natural pulse. Working with my system vs against it. But that’s me HGH sides? Appreciate the conversation Riggs.

      And yes there is a ton to learn about GH I agree.
