HGH sides?
I’m not sure if im the only one but been running low does hgh for about 2 months (2iu) a day and every time I get this far along I start experiencing tiredness and some carpal tunnel but this time around I would be at work and just crawling all day and could barely make it into the gym and now Iv ended up with severe carpal tunnel where I’d wake up in the middle of the night MFing the world because it hurt so bad and I’d get up and walk around for a few minutes and it would go away. I stopped taking the GH and feel a lot better and the carpal tunnel is subsiding but is still there. Does anyone else experience this primarily the carpal tunnel or do I have bigger problems?

Thanks Riggs good info, I was pinning right before bed I did start out at 4iu which I didn’t think was much and knocked it back to 2 it was really just the carpal tunnel that got me, Iv broke both of my wrist when I was younger idk if it has anything todo with it but dam it felt like someone drove there truck over my arms. I’m going in to see the doc next month and do a full blood work up it’s been a minute so it needs to be done.

I’ve avoided it entirely for this reason. I even got it from mk677. Hands were crazy tight every morning and fingers felt like sausages.

Dude I've been running GH for years now and I always start out at 1iu at bedtime for 3 weeks, then go to 1iu am/1iu pm for the next 3 weeks and so on until I hit 4iu. If I get CTS I back off to the dose that I was at with no CTS and stay there for 6 weeks.
Yup that's a long time to have between ramps of dosage but as I stated in my thread I have friends who thought the CTS would subside with more time on and they ended up having to come off GH for quite some time before they normalized.
Something about CTS, once it starts if not addressed immediately, it can persist and derail a good GH run.
Look I'm not a bad ass or the and all but I do have yrs of experience and I know tons (much more than AAS) of individuals who have and currently run GH. You decide what's best for you but I strongly encourage you run a slow ramp protocol like the one in my thread.
I can all but guarantee you'll successfully manage sides with it.
We all say it but it never hurts to say it again...GH is a long term commitment & it's worth every fucking penny. Looking back I can see when I got back on GH after a 5yr break. My face looked completely different. My jawline was more pronounced, dark circles under my eyes were gone, my skin had noticeably improved. The difference was night & day.
Just know this...GH isn't the key to gaining mass you've never been able to gain before. It certainly helps retain mass but IME the only way GH will promote significant gains in lean muscle mass is when I've pulsed it with slin. Now that's next level.
I'm rambling...

Try 1iu am fasted. Sit there for a bit and see if sides go away. You can build slowly from there.

I always see guys state "pinning GH at bedtime interrupts our natural pulse." IMO that's exactly what I'm aiming for. Pulse is in reference to timing not the total amount secreted.
If I pin at bedtime that's "mimicking" my natural pulse. Assuming supraphysiological doses don't negate benefits, the benefits should be the same.
Most GH is endogenously secreted in the late night hours of @ midnight. The rest is pulsed in small amounts throughout the hours between midnight and the morning hours. If not interrupting timing of which endogenous GH is secreted then pining upon waking should be avoided as well.
IME there's very little info and in depth fact and experience based knowledge shared on Source boards in regards to GH use and how it applies to BB'n. I see a list of questions regularly asked that no one can answer.
I'm certainly not calling you out XXL as this post is directed at all readers. I quoted your post to kick it off.
IMO I still have a lot to learn about GH use and how it applies to what we do. I've spent 10's of hours digging thru forums looking to further my knowledge on this topic and there's shit for info available.
My Dad ran GH, 20/25yrs ago, when I was in my 20's...he'd go to Laredo and bring back enough for him and his friends. He later got it from a guy who had HIV & I did the same when I was 25 - 30yrs old. I've seen a few different protocols. Pin full daily dose at bedtime (recovery being the focus), full dose upon waking (priming the body for fat loss), dose upon waking & at bedtime (most common) and pulsing throughout the day (usually with slin).
