yes, totally forgot to update this log but this stuff is AMAZING. Feel great on it. Mind is clear and energy is up.

it’s an amazing deal. Most companies sell it for 20-30 at like double the price and it’s usually on b12 because as you mentioned this is a b complex

Honestly I really only notice the metabolism boost. Like when I eat my body heats up and I sweat a little. Other than that not much. But... I probably get enough b vitamins in my diet. It's good you run it because people that get that much of a boost from it usually are deficient in one or more of the inj vitamins.
I run it to help keep excess fat off and I believe it helps.
