Anybody have a dose and frequency that has worked for them?

There are several different protocols in researching the use of these peptides so I can always lean on that but just wanted to see if anyone has first hand experience.

I am just finishing a 16wk cycle and I will be PCTing and not cruising. I have some shoulder issues and would like to try these peptides to run while preparing for my next cycle in Jan/Feb. Hoping for some healing to hit the weights heavy again at the start of the new year.
