BPC157 Experience?
Anybody have a dose and frequency that has worked for them?
There are several different protocols in researching the use of these peptides so I can always lean on that but just wanted to see if anyone has first hand experience.
I am just finishing a 16wk cycle and I will be PCTing and not cruising. I have some shoulder issues and would like to try these peptides to run while preparing for my next cycle in Jan/Feb. Hoping for some healing to hit the weights heavy again at the start of the new year.

all i can say is that it really works but, in order to work, you have to activate the owns body repair system. that's is by exercise, stretch, guasha (scraping technique), massage, etc..
by just watching tv on the couch, it will not be activated by the body
then, BPC and TB will flow true the blood to the areas that needs repair.
the average consensus is:
BPC - .05 ml/day (250ug mornings and nights)
TB500 - .5 ml two times a week, (500ug two times a week) that's equal to .2 ml/day
HGH - .2 ml/day (2IU)

BPC157 alone saved my back after a bad injury.

What did it help with your back? My buddy is having back issues. Probably herniated disc. Would this help?

Although I am running hgh at 6iu a day split.

When i ran bpc and tb the bpc was twice ed and tb was twice a week.
