Man I’ve always titrated up. I’ve heard people jumping straight into a higher dose and it giving them issues like hand numbness and water retention.
Seeing that GH is a slow and steady approach, might as well titrate it to be safe. My opinion and experience.

Def agree with that...Move up slowly too don't be in a rush to get to 8 u want ur body to adjust....I'd split the dosing am/pm once I got to 4iu's. U can split it earlier if you want, but personally I would wait until I was at 4iu, and then do 2 am and the other 2 at night. Don't do ur night injection too close to bedtime if you can avoid it cuz u wanna take advantage of that natural pulse that happens when ur sleeping, but if you can't then u can't it's not the end of the world...Just pay attention to the water retention cuz if u have decent GH and u move up too fast ur def gonna have water retention issues. Go up slowly....Good luck

If you have real pharm grade growth, no way you can start out at 6-8 IUs brother. You have to work your way up. I've legit been driving and lost all feelings in my hands and not been able to turn the steering wheel in the middle of the turning lane in an intersection. And the cramps you get in your hands and joints can be serious. I'd start 2-3 IUs per day. You should get numbness there. Once the numbness goes away, or about 10-14 days later, bump the dose by an IU. And do that and slowly work your way up to your desired number.
Just keep in mind that higher you go, the more you are ducking with insulin sensitivity. I've always been a believer in going over 6 IUs per day, and you need met for in in there to keep sensitivity regulated to normal. Once you hit the 9-10 mark, insulin is required because you will start to get feeling of hypo from missing meals or running behind on meals from doses that high with real pharmacy grade growth. There is a massive misconception of HGH usage on the internet and in the bodybuilding community that insulin makes you diabetic. As a medical professional, there has never been one case of someone turning themself diabetic from using massive doses of insulin for long term. In fact, that's why we script it. And in some cases, people can cure diabetes with proper diet and usage on their own. I've known bodybuilders that are open guys that have never cycled off insulin their entire careers and i mean long stacked with short.(Lantus with humalog or humalog before every meal) And when they got off their blood work and A1C was back to normal within months. Where we see the legit diabetes numbers at are when guys abuse HGH in the 10-20IU range without insulin. This is devasting to the pancreas and the islets, and insulin sensitivity regardless of using metformin or not and is what causes guys to have diabetes. Along with megadosing specific peptides. Anyone that has used a good dose of growth hormone that actually elevates IGF through blood work and is considered real will tell you this. You don't eat on good dose, you getting light headed and check your BG levels, you will be borderline hypo. I could write a book on HGH and Insulin and the connection between the two. And i do speak from personal experience on the matter. Happy pinning brother.

No cure for DM1. Exogenous insulin use will cause sensitivity issues, so will prolonged gh use.
