HGH VS Protein shake post workout
Probably the most noob of a question but I can’t seem to find an answer anywhere.
I’ve both read and been told that HGH is to be taken on an empty stomach and post workout. Well, most gym bros have a protein shake post workout, preferably within 30 minutes of training.
Im wanting to start my first ever HGH cycle and curious, does this mean I have to skip my protein shake?
follow up question: I also train early at night, then eat dinner as soon as I get home and hope into bed 2 hours later. Is post gym/before bed/on an empty stomach still my best option?

You can eat protein anytime with hgh. You just get the best results with gh when you take it when your blood sugar is at its lowest.
So no carbs.
Dont get too hung up on it. Pin your gh 1st thing in the morning and right before bed.
You got 2hrs after eating before you lay down. You'll be fine with that. Dont ever cut back on food. Your schedule will work well.
You wake up on an empty stomach and before bed will be your longest stretch between meals.

I would argue that eating has zero diminishing effect on exogenous hgh use.
Eating blunts natural gh pulse, not exogenous. Don’t overthink it.

Don’t overthink it, it will work. Protein is fine for sure. You are injecting something exogenous that won’t be blunted by food.

Thanks for your insight. I best be trying to find a protein that doesn’t contain as many carbs, my current one has more carbs than protein. It’s also high in sugar to get that insulin. It’s strictly a post workout protein powder though.
Again, thanks for your info

You comment could also suggest that insulin BEFORE hgh would be advantageous?
