40-50mcg per day, same time each day, pre or post workout. Yes you'll want to use bac water to reconstitute. Peptides don't necessarily have a proven "cycle length" as far as I know, but most of them can take months to prove results. Last time I bs'd with my doc about it he said around 6 months for most peptides then you'll want to switch peptides.

I wish there was a standard protocol for IGF-LR3.
Seen so many opinions I want to ask them how they made that determination?
Did they have diminishing results or was it a health risk?
Was this from experience or someone that knew someone’s brother that found this to be the case?
How many years have people theorized Tren limits to now seeing long time use in some cases?
Just think if some TicTok guy has some success he must be a expert?
My current cycle is the length of what 1 kit lasts.
I started by adding enough water to get 3 pins out of 1x 100mcg vial which is 33mcg.
Planned at least 30 days.
When I was not getting results I expected I increased dose to 40mcg.
I want to increase dosage again but that will shorten time to acquire more kits.
This gave me acceptable results but totally screwed up 30 day supply.
Now I’m trying to find 100mcg kits since the last sponsor stopped carrying them.
I recommend researching as much as possible and averaging out what sounds best and going from there.
Seen guys take much larger doses then I have and wondered if I could be doing better.
Then brings me back to principles that if it’s working don’t fix it more?
Good luck

My protocol I tried was based on 100mcg vials.
Vicon is 1000mcg vial so I would try to add as much water as possible.
I’m not to smart so I would try adding 2ml increments. If possible 4ml would be easy math.
1ml then equals 250mcg. So I will then know each mark on insulin syringe is 2.5mcg.
Looking back most people that get red blotches were using to concentrated of a mix.
Good friend still got red blotches so he started pinning IM on shoulders with nothing but success.
Yes too there is suggested injection methods but IM is what works for me.
The TicTok stud stated LR3 is sub Q and DES is IM. Might have backwards but I call shenanigans.
Tried both ways with both and results never changed. Only red blotches changed.
Don’t take what I say as written in stone as you have to experience this yourself.
The only thing I know to be is absolute is that if you find your sweet spot you will kick yourself for not trying earlier on.
Good luck

No do not use bac water for igf!!! Itll degrade much faster than you can use it. You need acetic acid. Then when you load your pin you use 4 parts bac water for 1 part igf acetic solution. So to the 10 on a slin with the igf then pull to the 50 with bac water. Then it's safe to pin.

50-100mcg daily. How many vials depends on your dose you pick and duration you want to run it for. Personally I do 1 month on 1 month off.
Again DO NOT RECONSTITUTE WITH BAC WATER!!

So I just wanna make sure I have this correct cuz I'm looking at adding in IGF1 also - You're saying reconstitute the vial with acetic acid first, and then for every 10units u draw out of that u wanna add 40 units of bac water before injecting?

Yessir, dont put any bac water in the vial. I'm sure this is what you mean but just to make sure. You'll be pulling from both vials into the pin to mix the bac and acetic/igf solution
