Oh yeah and DWBO is right. You can pin both lr3 and igf1 subq or im. But... igf1 works best pre workout in the muscle you're training that day. I use 3/8 length slins for that cause it's a bitch pinning certain muscle groups. The shorter pin helps a lot. With igf1 I just picked what muscle groups I wanted to give that boost to. Like both quads on legday and both bi's on armday. Shoulder day I'd pin my tris cause my delts dont need it. Usually I'd pick 3 and rotate pinning those. So backday would get more bicep pins. I do 2 legdays so twice a week on legs. Tris I'd pin on delts and chest days.
Then next time you run it maybe youd want to hit some other muscle groups.
With igf1 I usually stuck with 50mcg ed. So 25mcg in each bi or tri ect. Hope that helps brotha

Great info. Had no idea about the acetic acid mix. I just started reading up on it and ordered some and now I come across other info that using peg mgf along with it to help create cells for the igf to get the most efective. I'm still reading more on it. Does anybody have any experience and or a protocol using both?

I would like to know more about how to run them. I've read about how many different ways other have run it with different doses. Preworkout, Post work out, off days, 2 weeks peg mgf then 2weeks igf lr3 and repeat. There so much info and most of it is from years back and haven't readanythimg that is recent.

Peg can be ran for a while. Wont have any issues running it a few months. Run both at the same time but igf on training days and peg on off days.
With igf lr3 50-100mcg on training days
Peg 100-200mcg off days.
When you're running igf dont run hgh. That can cause a host of other issues. Best to run one or the other.

Currently running 20 mg of mk677 and 2 iu of GH at night. stop both of them and run igf and peg for a month take a break. Then hop back on mk677 or or maintain my break?

How were the results of it?---the peg/igf?....the 1st time u run the best or is consistent?---when going back on both any benefit is just as good?......for 1st time,is it recommended to run 1alone?....every so often I get the interest in mgf,igf....is the nasal spray,sublingual or any other way just as good or doesn't compare to inject?.....would u use them for cutting,recomp,size or will they benefit anything ur currently training for?....justbsome 1st thought questions abt it.... I gotta start over whenever looking into mgf,igf b/c I forget most of the info I've read on them.....thanks
