With igf I do 1 month on 1 month off.
Peg can be ran for a while. Wont have any issues running it a few months. Run both at the same time but igf on training days and peg on off days.
With igf lr3 50-100mcg on training days
Peg 100-200mcg off days.
When you're running igf dont run hgh. That can cause a host of other issues. Best to run one or the other.
