I actually do the exact opposite pinning my GH first and then the Slin since the GH has a peak between 1-3 hours (my peak is between 2.5 and 3 hours) and the Slin is kicking into high gear obviously a lot quicker.
Also like u said it's a little scary when you're doing it at night before bed, but if I'm crashing my stomach always lets me know, but I have woken up in the 60s a few times and it ain't fun

Makes sense, I'd probably pin my gh first if I were using a fast slin. But whatever type of slin it is that makes total sense.
Hell yeah that's scary haha. I've crashed once and I felt like shit for the rest of the day.
Pinned my slin and sat down to pay bills. Forgot to eat and pretty soon I started getting the spins and feeling woosey. I rushed to the fridge and downed some oj. Luckily it slowly started to go away. But I felt nauseous and had a headache for hours afterwards. After that I've been hesitant to pin before bed.

Could someone (OP if you've considered this a out night injections) comment on taking hg shots at night? I've always been told not to do this because hg levels rise naturally at night anyway and shots should be in awakening and post workout or anytime other than before bed

I’ve adopted this method of thinking after hearing Jay Campbell and others talk about messing with your natural GH pulse at night and long term use (not sure how long) can negatively affect your natural GH release permanently.
I get up at 4:30 and start my pre-workout routine to be in the gym at 6. This includes my GH shot about 30-45 min before and if I’m using humalog I’ll take that right before I leave. Before I take the insulin I’ve already had juice to fill the glycogen in my liver, and a product called re-Lyte which gives me all my electrolytes then I’ll have a shake with whey isolate and rice crispies.
At the gym I’ll drink EAA/BCAA in my water and I’ll have a Gatorade if I’m on insulin if not then I have body armor. Paying attention to the fact that any fructose you drink has to convert into glycogen where Gatorade has dextrose so it’s much safer to drink on insulin.

Thx for reply. I posted that right after reading glocks post before reading the following posts that got into insulin.that makes sense though that taking at night wouldn't upset the natural gh release rhythm like during the day.
On non workout days obviously the first gh pin would be on waking up what about workout days? First gh pin would be post workout?
I don't do insulin. there's no reason to unless you're competing or want that level body, correct?

I only use the GH on workout days. I’m using insulin to get as big as I can as fast as I can because of my age and bad shoulders etc it’s harder to move heavy weight all the time so the slin helps me get as much as I can out of my food and training. And I only use slin on cycle and not every day but that’s just me.

If you take your GH at night before bed it doesn't actually effect the bodies natural GH pulse. In fact it works in tandem with it. The reason people say don't take it right before bed is because they are looking to take advantage of the natural pulse that occurs while you sleep. So if you take two injections during the day (causing two different pulses) you'll get that natural pulse while you sleep (provided you actually reach REM sleep). So its like gaining another injection. Also some people prefer nighttime injections based solely because GH makes them tired once it starts peaking, so they'll wait to take it.
As far as what time is best to inject (morning, noon, middle of the day) There aren't any published studies that I've found that have determined what time of day is best to inject it's solely at the discretion of the user, and of course it's all dose dependent as well. It's like the Pre Workout vs Post Workout argument. Both make sense you could argue for either one it's all personal preference.

“Conversely, HGH Therapy (not Peptide therapy), suppresses (shuts down) natural HGH production due to down regulation of pituitary function by exogenous (external) introduction of HGH to the body”
“With regular growth hormone therapy there is the possibility of shutting down the normal growth hormone production and the possibility of a sudden reduction in response to HGH injections (a phenomenon known as tachyphylaxis) and then growth hormone resistance”
So says the mighty internet lol

Looks like I’m going to be switching to GH releasing peptides

That's scary. TrT shuts down test production and high shuts down high production... or is that bro science from the web
